Parties
Vocalun is a software service built and operated by Mehmet Yıldızlı. These terms are between Vocalun and you, the website owner who uses Vocalun (“you”).
Payments are collected by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle issues your invoice, and Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to payments, taxes and invoicing.
The service
Vocalun provides an AI assistant that talks with your website visitors by voice, added to your site with a single line of code. The assistant reads the pages on your site, takes visitors to relevant pages and passes on the contact notes visitors choose to leave.
Your account
- You may only add the assistant to websites you own or are authorized to manage.
- When your plan’s monthly conversation minutes run out, the assistant won’t start new conversations until the end of that month.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
AI output
The assistant is set up to rely only on what’s written on your site, but AI can still make mistakes. It is your responsibility to check that what the assistant tells visitors matches the information on your site. Vocalun is not liable for actions taken based on information given by the assistant.
Prohibited use
- Using it on sites that host illegal or misleading content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
- Trying to bypass service limits, use up someone else’s minutes or overload the system.
In these cases your account may be suspended.
Subscription and cancellation
Subscriptions renew monthly. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard or via the link in Paddle’s emails; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refund terms are in the refund policy.
Changes
These terms may be updated. We’ll notify you of significant changes at your account’s email address.
