Distance sales agreement

This agreement covers Vocalun plans purchased on vocalun.com, in line with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. It is deemed read and accepted before you proceed to payment, and also serves as the pre-contract information form.

1. Seller

2. Buyer

The person or organization that opens the Vocalun account and makes the payment, identified by the account’s email address and the details given at checkout.

3. Service

Vocalun is a voice AI assistant service added to websites. Plans and prices:

• Starter: $49 monthly or $490 yearly; 100 conversation minutes per month, 1 site, 1 user.
• Professional: $149 monthly or $1,490 yearly; 300 conversation minutes per month, 3 sites, 3 users.
• Business: $349 monthly or $3,490 yearly; 1,000 conversation minutes per month, 10 sites, 10 users.

Prices are in US dollars (USD). Buyers resident in Türkiye pay in Turkish lira (2,399 / 7,299 / 17,199 TRY monthly; yearly is 10 months), as required by Turkish law; the currency follows the billing country chosen at checkout. The amount shown on the payment page is the total you pay.

4. Payment

Payment is taken in a single charge by credit or debit card through PayTR. Card details are processed only by PayTR and never reach the Seller. Each payment buys one monthly or yearly period; there is no automatic renewal.

5. Performance

The service becomes available in your dashboard as soon as the payment is confirmed and runs until the end of the paid period. There is no physical delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal and refunds

You may withdraw within 14 days of payment without giving a reason; the full amount is refunded to the card used. Details are in the refund policy. Send requests to [email protected].

7. Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to [email protected] first. Disputes are handled by the consumer arbitration committees at the buyer’s place of residence within the monetary limits announced yearly by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and by consumer courts above those limits.
