Per-minute pricing: how do you work out what a voice assistant will cost?

With Vocalun, you pay per conversation minute, not per visitor. However many people browse your site, the price stays the same; only time spent talking to the assistant counts. One simple calculation is enough to work out your monthly needs.
The calculation
Monthly minutes = conversations per month × average conversation length
Example: say 5 visitors a day talk to the assistant on your site, and a conversation lasts 2 minutes on average. 5 × 30 days × 2 minutes = 300 minutes a month. That's the monthly allowance of the Professional plan.
This is only an example; your number of conversations and their length may differ. You can track your usage in the dashboard and replace your estimate with real figures.

What happens if you run out of minutes?
There are no overage fees, so your bill holds no surprises. When your plan's monthly minutes are used up, the assistant doesn't start new conversations until the end of that month, and your allowance renews at the start of the next. If you run out often, moving up a plan makes more sense.
What to look at besides minutes when choosing a plan
- Number of sites: 1 on Starter, 3 on Professional, 10 on Business.
- Number of users: 1 on Starter, 3 on Professional, 10 on Business.
- Settings: on Professional and Business, a choice of 30 voices plus custom look and greeting text.
